At Popstar Labs, we want you to love your look, but if a piece isn't hitting the right notes, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bag or box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
